Server crashing bug

If you are sneaking or using /sneak and you click a presious stone you enter drawing mode which allows you to modify the cuboid, to get out of drawing mode you have to break the glass that is in the precious stone's place and it will drop the presious stone and the server crashes. when the server somes back up the presious stone is still dropped. I did this once accidentally and the server crashed for a long time, and when it came back up i replaced the block and did it again (because i didnt know it was it what caused the crash) and the server is down :C
